1. What EUROVA is

• EUROVA is an informational directory helping people discover brands, European alternatives, categories, countries, public regulatory fines, and related editorial content.
• We are not a marketplace, online shop, broker, or payment processor. We do not sell the products or services of listed brands on the Site.
• Links to brand websites open third-party sites. Purchases, accounts, and contracts with those brands are solely between you and them.
• Listing a brand does not mean endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or affiliation, unless we expressly say otherwise.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You may browse the public Site without an account.
• Optional accounts (magic-link or email/password via our auth provider) are for features such as shopper reviews. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or submit reviews.
• You must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful.

3. Catalog content and accuracy

• Company profiles, alternatives, EU fines, and similar material are compiled from public sources, editorial research, and user or company feedback. We aim for usefulness, not perfection.
• Information about regulatory fines and legal actions is drawn from official or other public records where available. We do not independently litigate or verify every entry as counsel would.
• Content may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. It is for general information only and isnot legal, financial, tax, investment, or professional advice.
• Brands and trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners. Use on EUROVA is for identification and commentary.
• Companies may request corrections or a profile claim by emailingcontact@bambeo.de(see also our claim page). We may ask for documentation before changing published information.

4. User reviews and other submissions

• If you post a review, you confirm that it reflects your genuine experience, does not include unlawful content, and does not infringe others’ rights (including privacy and intellectual property).
• You grant Bambeo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your review content on the Site and in related promotional or archival uses of the Site.
• We may refuse, edit, hide, or delete reviews that violate these Terms, appear fake or spam, or that we reasonably need to remove for legal or operational reasons. We do not undertake to pre-moderate all content.
• Your display name may appear publicly with your review. Do not include sensitive personal data in review text.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the Site for unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent purposes.
• Impersonate another person or entity, or falsely claim to represent a brand.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-copy the Site in a way that burdens our infrastructure or violates law, except as allowed by ordinary search indexing or with our prior written permission.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or bypass security of the Site or related services.
• Submit malware, spam, or automated fake reviews.

6. Intellectual property

The Site’s design, branding, compilation of the directory, and original editorial content are owned by Bambeo or its licensors. You may browse and share individual pages with ordinary linking. You may not copy the database or substantial parts of the catalog for competing commercial use without our prior written consent.

7. Third-party links

The Site links to external websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, products, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer

• The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that catalog data is complete or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bambeo and its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
• Decisions you make based on directory or fine information.
• Disputes between you and listed brands or other users.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or any liability that cannot be limited under German law (including mandatory consumer rights).

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where mandatory law requires a different process.

12. Governing law and venue

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
• If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence also apply.
• Subject to mandatory consumer venue rules, courts at our registered seat (Simbach am Inn / Landshut district, Germany) have jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms.
